Refund Policy

30 Day Exchange or Refund/Money Back Policy: This applies to all purchases that are made at full value on our store. We reserve the right not to refund, give money back or exchange any item that is sold in a sale.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5-7 business days of the order being placed. Shipment will arrive in between 10-20 business days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location.

We do apologize and can not be held responsible if a shipment delay occurs or if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by courier service.

We offer online store credit* only within 10 days from the date you receive your order. We do not offer refunds. Items must be unworn, unwashed and all original tags must be attached.

If you receive a damaged item: You will need to email us within 72hours from the date you receive your item(s). Please send an email and pic of damage to customer@flowyfashions.com. We will not accept any damaged claims after 72hours from the date you receive it. We do not guarantee Jewellery, items shrinking, etc. no exceptions will be made. Damaged items will need to be returned within the 10 day period or they will be rejected once they are received.

Follow the steps inside the form and send it back to us

You will need to return at your own expense. The merchandise MUST be returned within the 10 day policy. We will not issue an online store credit after the specified time  Do not attempt to return the items after the specified time or you will be responsible for the cost to ship it back to you. We highly recommend you use delivery confirmation when sending back your order.

No exchanges or store credit on "sale" items. All "sale" items are final sales!
Once you have filled out the return request and received a return authorization, email us to confirm the return address of our store.

**Once we receive the return, we will issue a store credit that will be sent to your email address. You will apply that code at checkout and it will deduct your store credit from your total. We process returns the same day we receive them.

**In order to keep inventory correct, we are unable to process exchange requests. We only issue store credit.

**If you return an item that was rejected, we will notify you. You will have 30 days to arrange return shipping to you. After 30 days, if arrangements haven't been made, we will donate the item.

Why do we only offer store credit for returns?

As a small family company whose mission and passion is our customer's happiness, the returns management is extremely costly especially when not merited.

People have abused free returns in the past. People that wear a product once for an occasion then want to return it.
